Chili

1 or 1 1/2 lb hamburger
1 onion chopped
2 8 oz cans tomato sauce
1 qt of whole tomatoes
1 to 1 1/2 tsp chili powder
1 to 1 1/2 tsp cumin
1-2 cloves of garlic minced
2-3 cups pinto or pink beans cooked
salt and pepper to taste
Tabasco sauce
1 to 1 1/2 tbsp Worcestershire sauce
Brown hamburger and halfway through cooking add the onion. When meat is cooked through, drain and return to skillet. Add remaining ingredients and simmer 20-30 min.
